Perkins Coie offers a summer associate program that focuses on giving second-year and pre-clerkship third-year law students a chance to interact and work with current attorneys.
Through various home offices across the country the company also hires first-year law students who have a background in the sciences, especially computer science. This 1L Diversity Fellowship program gives all students, regardless of racial, ethnic, sexual or disabled background, a chance to work in a Perkins Coie office environment.
For students in their second-year of law school and who have a technical background, the Patent Fellowship awards a $10,000 scholarship and a paid summer associate position.
