Bank of America is the largest bank holding company in the United States by assets and the second largest bank by market capitalization. When the company acquired Merrill Lynch in 2008 the bank also gained the title of world’s largest wealth manager and one of the top dogs in the investment banking industry and the third largest company in the world.
The company is divided into four divisions: Consumer, Corporate, investment management and international operations. The international operations division one of the best places to work in the company because it is constantly expanding; Bank of America currently has clients in over 150 countries.
