Forbes.com recently released its list of the most overpriced cities in America. Using information from city profiles of the 50 largest metropolitan areas in America, the online magazine rated these cities by: average salary for workers with a bachelor degree or higher, annual unemployment statistics, cost of living and the Housing Opportunity Index (measures the number of homes sold in a given area).

Ever since the economy has come close to hitting rock bottom, thousands of people and companies have lost both their jobs and a lot of money. Every day companies scramble to get out of millions of dollars of debt while the unemployed search new company profiles and career information to make ends meet.
